You won’t find hobbits, wizards or dragons, but you may find Zen at Aro Hā Wellness Retreat. The retreat in New Zealand’s Southern Alps promises to renew, rejuvenate and re-inspire guests from the inside out. Created by founders Chris Madison and Damian Chaparro as a “transition space” where guests can reset their fitness, nutrition, career and life goals, Aro Hā covers wellness from every angle — and the environment plays a central role.
