Windstar Cruises’ newest ship, Star Seeker, is officially set to be delivered December 2025. This ship will cruise to Alaska and Japan when it joins Windstar’s fleet in 2026. Windstar last sailed in Alaska and Japan in 2023 before it redeployed Star Breeze as the year-round ship in Tahiti. Star Seeker will sail in Alaska May through August on seven-, 10- and 11-day cruises between Seward or Juneau, Alaska, and Vancouver, British Columbia.
Guests can enjoy pre- or post-cruise land tours to Denali.
After leaving Alaska in late August, the new ship will sail to Japan to begin the 10-day Grand Japan cruises sailing between Tokyo and Osaka. Star Seeker will remain in Japan through November.
Star Seeker accommodates up to 224 guests across 112 suites. New deployment details, including Alaska and Japan, are now online and bookable.
