Sensei Lāna’i, A Four Seasons Resort invites guests to experience new wellness offerings this summer and fall.
New 1:1 Sessions
Sensei’s wellbeing program focuses on private one-on-one consultations with wellness experts and guests. Several new offerings debuted this summer. In Body Composition 1:1, guests undergo a scan on a state-of-the-art SECA machine and receive an analysis of key body metrics. Sleep 1:1 and Sensory Eating 1:1 were previously exclusive to guests booking the Rest and Recovery program. Now available to all guests, the sessions focus on sleep analysis and mindful eating, respectively. My Progress 1:1 is a virtual session with a Sensei Guide providing support once guests return home.

New Spa Treatments
The property’s spa offers a restorative massage experience, Recover & Renew Sports Massage. The session begins with an assessment of the guest’s movement patterns followed by a comprehensive massage targeting the individual’s needs. A new Gua Sha Facial will be available in August. The facial utilizes an ancient technique to uplift skin.
New Premier Classes
Sensei offers an array of complimentary group classes. New premier classes have been added to the lineup for a fee. These classes include a vision boarding workshop, group sensory eating experience, aerial yoga and guided Koloiki Ridge hike.

Feb 19, 2025KŌAST Review
In Los Angeles, word spreads quickly when a bonafide “A-list” chef opens a new restaurant, complete with a painstakingly crafted menu and ambiance that whispers (not shouts) “exclusive.” This is certainly the case with the warmly lit, 60-seat KŌAST Melrose, packed every night since its Jan. 29 opening. While the dining experience involves painstakingly prepared dishes almost too pretty to tear into, the management and staff keep things grounded to ensure it shines as a “neighborhood spot” more about the food than whomever comes in to enjoy it.

Feb 18, 2025Vancouver Entices Meeting-Goers with Its Stunning Beauty and Sustainability
When I first visited Vancouver, I was headed to the city for a work event. I anticipated a hectic few days of business travel, but what I didn’t expect was the awe-inspiring natural beauty of the city. From there, I ventured out into the wilds of Canada’s Pacific Coast with a trip to Vancouver Island and Tofino. I have returned — for work and pleasure — many times since over the years. I found that first trip nothing short of perfect, which is unsurprising considering Vancouver has established itself as an alluring and unique destination for MICE tourism. Vancouver offers sustainability and versatility for business travelers and hosts more than 500 major domestic and international conventions, tradeshows and more.

Feb 18, 20252 Airlines Now Use Apple Features for Enhanced Baggage Tracking
It’s a fear (and even experience) we’ve all unfortunately had when traveling: We get to our destination or back home and wait at baggage claim, only to have the sinking realization our bag didn’t emerge and is missing. Fortunately, more and more airlines seek ways to avoid these problems or, at least in the event your bag does go missing temporarily, have ways to keep tabs on bags.
