Virgin Hotels New York City’s Picnic Baskets Now Available

Virgin Hotels New York City now offers travelers the ultimate picnic experience. Locals and guests alike can take picnic baskets to go and enjoy the warm weather with some delicious bites. These picnic baskets are ideal for two people and are the perfect addition to a stroll in nearby Madison Square Park or other local NYC parks.

Guests can choose between two different baskets:

  • A Turkish Afternoon Picnic Basket includes Za’atar hummus and herbed labneh, roasted turkey sandwich baguette, vanilla panna cotta, and mini chocolate-chip cookies
  • Day Trip to Montauk Picnic Basket features Za’atar hummus and herbed labneh, lobster roll, vanilla panna cotta, and mini chocolate-chip cookies

Refreshments are included, but guests have the option to add some for an additional cost. Additions include Jordan Chardonnay, G.H. Mumm Grand Cordon Brut Champagne, La Fête Du Rosé “Saint Tropez” and Ibest Wines Red Blend.

Picnic baskets are available now until Nov. 1 and feature a rotating menu of the chef’s favorite dishes from that season. Pick up is available at Everdene on the third floor at Virgin Hotels NYC from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily. Guests staying at the hotel can order via IRD for in-room drop-off, otherwise it can be ordered through a server or team member in Everdene.
