Frasca Hospitality Group and Four Seasons Resort and Residences Vail partner to open Tavernetta Vail. Slated to debut in winter 2024, the restaurant specializes in Italian fare.
Tavernetta Vail, like its original location in Denver, serves cuisine encompassing all of Italy, honoring its diverse flavors from north to south. The restaurant’s wine list will feature all Italian wines. The beverage program also includes Champagne, Italian-heavy spirits and digestifs.
“This restaurant promises to set a new dining standard, enriching our destination with unforgettable experiences and a vibrant ambiance, while infusing a la dolce vita style into the town of Vail,” said Jerome Arribas, general manager, Four Seasons Resort Vail.
With design by Studio Collective and OZ Architects, Tavernetta Vail will feature indoor and outdoor spaces, a bar and a lounge area, as well as a private dining room for meetings and events.
“Four Seasons shares our commitment to hospitality excellence, and we are confident in the alignment of our organizations to deliver an unmatched culinary experience to this world-class resort and year-round destination,” said Bobby Stuckey, co-founder, Frasca Hospitality Group.
