Uber for Business and JetBlue have officially partnered to ease the burden of flight disruptions for customers. Through this new collaboration, JetBlue will offer complimentary Uber vouchers to JetBlue customers who experience qualified travel disruptions.

This new program is available across the United States in every city where JetBlue operates. The two companies also intend to expand this service internationally in the coming months, beginning with major airlines in Paris, London and Amsterdam, as well as more popular destinations across North America, South America and the Caribbean.

Qualified flight disruptions include:

• If a JetBlue flight is delayed three or more hours from schedule departure time and the delay is due to a Controllable Irregularity, resulting in the customer not being accommodated until the following day. JetBlue will offer ground transportation from the airport to/from a local airport area hotel.
• If JetBlue cancels a flight due to a Controllable Irregularity, resulting in the customer not being accommodated until the following day, JetBlue will offer ground transportation from the airport to/from a local airport area hotel
