Turkish Airlines recently launched a new amenity kit collection, known as the UNESCO Türkiye Series. Inspired by six of Türkiye’s UNESCO World Heritage sites, the amenity kit collection allows the airline to bring the country’s cultural treasures to the skies.

The UNESCO sites included are Nemrut, Göbeklitepe, Cappadocia, Ephesus, Ani and Troy, along with four different ebru (Turkish Marbling) designs and three traditional carpet-rug motifs. The kits are on offer in business class on flights lasting from five to eight hours. Different versions launch this month for economy-class travelers on flights longer than eight hours.

Akif Konar, chief operations officer, Turkish Airlines. “This collection is a tangible expression of our efforts to present Anatolia’s millennia-old history and art to our passengers in a contemporary way. We hope our guests will form a unique bond with Türkiye’s deep-rooted past through these sets.”

The amenity kit collection was developed in collaboration with the Turkish National Commission for UNESCO. The keepsake item includes hand and body lotion and lip balm from Ex Nihilo, and 80 percent of the materials used in items like socks and eye masks come from recycled materials and sustainable components.
