Nobu Hotel Atlantic City
Slated to open early this year, Nobu emerges in this coastal New Jersey city, occupying the newly reimagined Caesars Atlantic City’s top three levels of the Centurion Tower. Further positioning itself as a leading travel destination on the East Coast, Nobu Hotel Atlantic City will include the brand’s classic minimalist style with its 86 rooms and suites. The property will also be home to a Nobu restaurant and grants guests access to all Caesars facilities and views of the ocean and Jersey Shore coastline.

Nobu Hotel Toronto
Coming to Ontario’s capital city in summer 2024, Nobu Hotel Toronto will take residence in the city’s Entertainment District. The hotel will also include residences that sit above the historic Pilkington Glass Factory with views of Lake Ontario and the city. In addition to 36 guestrooms and suites, the hotel will also offer a bilevel Nobu restaurant with a bar and lounge, private dining rooms, sushi bar and outdoor terrace.
Nobu Hotel New Orleans
The Big Easy welcomes its own Nobu hotel this autumn thanks to a collaboration with long-standing partner Caesars Entertainment. Opening at the new Caesars New Orleans, the 54-key property will debut following the multimillion-dollar transformation of Harrah’s New Orleans to Caesars New Orleans.
Nobu Hotel Madrid
Looking ahead to 2025, Spain’s capital city will soon be home to Nobu Hotel Madrid. Located in the Cortes District between Plaza de Cibeles and Puerta del Sol, Nobu Hotel Madrid will include 50 guestrooms and suites, a trilevel restaurant and bar, expansive rooftop bar, lounge with skyline views, and a spa and wellness facilities.
Nobu Hotel Lisbon
Portugal welcomes its first Nobu hotel in 2025 with the opening of Nobu Hotel Lisbon. Sitting on the famed Avenida da Liberdade, the hotel and its 72 rooms and suites grant guests easy access to the city’s retail, restaurants and iconic cultural landmarks.

Plaza Athénée Nobu Hotel and Spa New York
In a city where all the top hospitality brands flock to, Nobu finally comes to the Big Apple in 2025. Located in a nearly century-old building, Plaza Athénée Nobu Hotel and Spa New York will feature 145 guestroom and suites, a Nobu omakase experience, a bar and lounge, and rooftop area for private events.

Nobu Hospitality also sets its sights on the Middle East with plans to open a Nobu hotel, restaurant and residences in the Eastern Province of Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. The mixed-use, luxury complex will span 98 thoughtfully designed guestrooms and suites. Guests will also enjoy access to a Nobu restaurant, swimming pools, a wellness center, and meeting and event space.
Nobu Hotels is also currently in development for hotels and residences in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates; Hamburg, Germany; Punta Cana, Dominican Republic; Orlando, Florida; Danang, Vietnam; Tulum, Mexico; Bangkok, Thailand; Al Marjan Island, United Arab Emirates; São Paulo, Brazil; Tel Aviv, Israel; Cairo, Egypt; and North Coast Egypt.
