Three Senses Aroma Massage

A 90-minute treatment combining aromatherapy massage with sound therapy, Hawaiian flowers and premium essential oils.

Cocoon Sound Meditation

Reiki Master Caroline Reese uses crystal singing bowls, gongs and percussion to take guests on a journey of sound and harmony; the 60-minute class takes place in a supported aerial yoga hammock.

Thought Field Therapy/Emotional Freedom Technique

TFT and EFT healing methods focus on the body’s energy pathway. During this 60-minute private session, participants learn about tapping sequences to address specific emotions, triggers and stress.
