Situated between London’s Knightsbridge and Belgravia, The Berkeley debuts a brand-new bar. The Berkeley Rooftop Bar opens for evenings, offering guests sunset views over Hyde Park, accompanied by a pool, refreshing spritzes and Mediterranean small plates.

Upon entering the rooftop bar, guests are met with a sunbathed mural by Chiara Perano, inspired by the greens of the park and blues of the pool. Guests can book a table or sit on a striped lounger, available for walk-ins only. The bar serves rosé by the magnum tableside, as well as a hero sangria mixed with Côte de Provence rosé and Fever Tree raspberry lemonade, fresh grapefruit juice and seasonal fruit. In addition to classic cocktails, craft beers and wines, the bar also offers the Hyde Park Spritz, a mix of Ricard Pastis, Cointreau, Benedictine, lemon and sparkling water.

Highlighted small plates include seared beef with truffle artichoke pesto and rocket; marinated squid with zucchini spaghetti, daikon, sesame and ginger dressing; a watermelon, cherry tomato and feta salad topped with mint dressing; and a classic panzanella.

Reservation lines are now open. Tables must be booked, while loungers are on a first-come, first-serve basis. The rooftop is open Tuesday–Saturday, 7:30–11 p.m.
