Turkey Time
With the Thanksgiving holiday in our rear view, I’m writing this blog fresh from cooking my first turkey. Typically we celebrate Thanksgiving with both sides of our family, but as with everything in 2020, this year was different. For our first married Thanksgiving, we stayed home and prepared a feast, attempting to make our first turkey — and I have to say, we nailed it!

United Airlines First to Purchase Sustainable Aviation Fuel for ORD
Chicago O’Hare International Airport will soon receive sustainable aviation fuel, all thanks to United Airlines, which became the first airline to purchase SAF for use at the airport, one of the largest in the United States. Neste, a producer of SAF, will provide up to 1 million gallons of its Neste MY Sustainable Aviation Fuel. The first supply arrived in August.
Feeling Grateful
This has been a challenging year for all of us. Despite all of the problems 2020 brought us, there are still plenty of reasons to give thanks. Especially today, I concentrate on the positive reasons for me to be thankful.
