Trip to Tampa/Clearwater
It was a great time to escape snowy Chicago in early March and enjoy the sunny west coast of Florida. I enjoyed staying at Renaissance Hotel in Tampa, a terrific hotel adjacent to International Plaza and Bay Street dining. I took full advantage of the diverse cuisine and libations each evening after swimming in the lovely hotel pool during the day.

Phillies Game Fun
Over the weekend my family and I went to the Phillies game on Saturday. During the day we were a little nervous the game was going to be cancelled because the weather wasn’t looking that great. It was raining and storming a little, but eventually it cleared up and we were able to attend. Thankfully, the storm relieved some of the heat and humidity that has been around the past couple weeks, and it was actually a beautiful night for some baseball.
