Usually when I think of river cruises, what first comes to mind is an expedition in Europe or Asia through exotic, less-touristy destinations. This may be the case for you, too, but I am here to say if the idea of a river cruise sounds intriguing, you do not always have to look at taking one on another continent — or in another country, for that matter.

United Airlines First to Purchase Sustainable Aviation Fuel for ORD
Chicago O’Hare International Airport will soon receive sustainable aviation fuel, all thanks to United Airlines, which became the first airline to purchase SAF for use at the airport, one of the largest in the United States. Neste, a producer of SAF, will provide up to 1 million gallons of its Neste MY Sustainable Aviation Fuel. The first supply arrived in August.

An Afternoon on Board MV Star Pride
A couple weeks ago, I had the pleasure of touring Windstar Cruises’ MV Star Pride while it was docked at Manhattan Cruise Terminal in New York City. I’d never had the pleasure of being on board a Windstar cruise, but I’d only heard good things, so I was eager to see the ship for myself.

Whale Watching in Tadoussac
Being outdoors makes me feel something. When I am out in the open, fresh air, I cannot believe there is a whole world out there for me to explore. One of my favorite excursions to take while visiting a new coastal city is whale watching. Every trip is different, and you never know what you will see when out on the vast blue waters.
