Embracing the New
With COVID-19 still in full view across the country and daily, nationwide protests against police brutality now reaching far corners of the world, 2020 might be a year of progress. If necessity is the mother of invention, our day to day may look brand-new by the time we are done, beginning with how we travel, see the world and interact with each other.

#ComeBacktoTravel
There’s no doubt we are in the midst of truly unprecedented times. I have spent my week reading and learning information from a number of sources on a variety of subjects, as well as all the material I read, write, edit and absorb on a daily basis for work. A New Appreciation
Who knew cancel culture would extend to every event under the sun and most of 2020 as we know it — still crossing my fingers for two concerts I have lined up that are (so far) still on — but I refuse to accept whole seasons are canceled. Sure, summer feels uncertain with beach towns less than enthusiastic to receive nonresident visitors and restaurants on the East Coast still shuttered, even to outdoor diners, but we still have spring, and I intend to not take it for granted.
