WTM London – World Travel Market 2019 Celebrating 40 Years!
I’m writing from London this week! I’m representing FXExpress Publications, Inc. at the annual World Travel Market conference in London, featuring booths of international and some U.S. travel partners in hospitality, tourism, airlines, car rentals and many other industries. Guinea Pig in Peru
In March, I visited Lima. On the night of our arrival, my group went to Astrid y Gastón for dinner. The dinner was absolutely delicious, but one of the courses that really intrigued me, despite not eating meat, was the guinea pig appetizer. In the United States we see guinea pigs as pets, but in Peru the small rodent is a delicacy.
