Qatar Tourism partnered with Emerald Cruises to create a new superyacht cruise, set to launch in January 2023. Emerald Cruise’s Emerald Azzurra will sail from Doha and accommodate 100 guests on a seven-night, eight-day journey.
The superyacht will make stops at Sir Bani Yas Island, Abu Dhabi; Khasab, Oman; Zighy Bay, Oman; Fujairah, United Arab Emirates; and Dubai. Onboard, guests can enjoy an observation deck and lounge, Sky Bar, infinity pool, wellness area and a marina platform.
“We are delighted to be taking our new superyacht, Emerald Azzurra to Qatar’s vibrant city of Doha next winter,” said Rob Voss, COO, Scenic Group. “In partnership with Qatar Tourism our guests will experience first-hand and in luxury yachting style the immersive beauty and hospitality The Gulf region and specifically Qatar has to offer. It will be magical.”
Guests will also have the option of pre- and post-cruise tours of Qatar. These three-day tours highlight some of the iconic locations of the country, including National Museum of Qatar and Souq Waqif. The itinerary also offers guests the chance to visit the desert, the Inland Sea and take a camel ride.
