Pacific Northwest Welcomes First InterContinental Hotel

InterContinental Hotels & Resorts officially makes its debut in the Pacific Northwest with InterContinental Bellevue at the Avenue in downtown Seattle. This 208-room luxury hotel offers views of Lake Washington and the city of Seattle.

Boasting 190 guestrooms and 18 suites and family rooms, the new hotel also features a 2,000-square-foot, two-bedroom presidential suite, complete with sophisticated touches and expansive views. The conference center sits across two floors and is connected by a sky bridge to the hotel, offering 12,000 square feet of versatile indoor and outdoor event space.

The complex includes nine elegantly appointed rooms, including a massive grand ballroom and junior ballroom.

InterContinental Bellevue at the Avenue seeks to immerse guests in regional experiences, curating such moments with its Les Clef’s d’Or certified concierge team, one of only three in the region. The hotel is also home to CE LA VI Bellevue, a chic Parisian cocktail bar and bistro. Here, guests will find a premier selection of international wines, whiskey and cocktails.

Fresco serves up tasty breakfast blending global inspirations with locally sourced ingredients.
