Norwegian Reward, the loyalty program of Norwegian, started a new partnership with Avis Car Rental. The agreement allows Reward members to earn points toward Norwegian flights when they book car rentals with Avis anywhere in the world.

As of last month, Norwegian Reward members can earn up to 10 percent CashPoints and up to a 15 percent discount when they book a car with Avis. Reward members can also add an additional driver to the reservation at no additional cost.

In addition, frequent-flyer members who take more than six Norwegian flights a year will receive an invitation to join the Avis Preferred Plus tier within the Avis loyalty program for at least one year. Members with 18 Norwegian flights or more will receive an opportunity to join the Avis President’s Club for at least a year.
