The online profile ensures Mandarin Oriental hotels across the portfolio attend to guest preferences. The online booking requirement comes with a promise: If a guest finds a better rate, the hotel will match the lower rate and offer an additional 10 percent discount.
Participating guests are entitled to complimentary high-speed Internet access for up to six personal devices at participating Mandarin Oriental hotels worldwide.

With the added benefit of being able to seamlessly connect up to six devices in the comfort of their room, our guests can work comfortably and efficiently.”
