Las Vegas will see its first green space this April, when MGM Resorts International opens its carefully created outdoor dining and entertainment venue April 4. The Park will connect New York New York, Monte Carlo and T-Mobile Arena.
The Park makes use of common spaces featuring patio seating, mature greenery, 50-foot-tall shade structures, water walls and designer flora. At night, the shade structures will be lit with LED lighting, leading the way to open-air dining venues and bars.
As of now, the eateries guests can expect to see when The Park opens include Shake Shack, Beer Garden, California Pizza Kitchen, Sake Rok and Bruxie.
“Today’s consumer wants to sample, to experience, to discover — it’s no longer about visiting one resort and staying there. With this in mind, we’ve created a neighborhood environment that invites our guests to explore many of our resorts on the Strip’s west side, collecting experiences along the way, with The Park serving as a central gathering space for people to relax, dine and be entertained,” said Jim Murren, chairman and CEO, MGM Resorts International.
