The Caribbean is calling! Business-class airline La Compagnie announced a partnership with family-owned travel agency E. Clarke Travel to launch a new and exclusive V.I.P. program called Travel in Style Journeys, offering discerning travelers unique access to the most prestigious Caribbean islands.
Starting Dec. 3, 2023, and lasting through April 14, 2024, La Compagnie provides clients of E. Clarke Travel with select round-trip service from Newark Liberty International Airport to St. Maarten Princess Juliana International Airport as part of its Travel in Style Journeys VIP program. Non-stop flights will operate weekly, Sunday–Sunday, departing Newark (EWR) in the morning and returning from SXM in the afternoon.
St Maarten and St Martin are unique, as they are one island that two countries share, separated by the island’s north and south territories. The island has been split in two since 1648. St Martin is the French side of the island, located in the north, while St Maarten is the Dutch side in the south of the island. There are no physical barriers between the two sides.
Travelers can pack their bags for seven-night stays and choose from a selection of hand-picked luxury hotels and villas on three different Caribbean islands: St. Maarten/St. Martin, Anguilla, and Saint Barth. Travel in Style Journeys attend to all the trip details, from booking business-class flights with La Compagnie to hassle-free inter-island transfers and dedicated luggage handling to coordinating upscale accommodations with private concierge services throughout the journey, including exclusive amenities and more to ensure an extraordinary, tailor-made experience for all guests.
As with all La Compagnie flights, passengers are welcomed with lounge and priority access for a seamless pre-flight experience. On board the modern and efficient Airbus A321neo aircraft, guests enjoy a more comfortable trip thanks to 76 full flat-beds, state-of-the- art entertainment, free WiFi, refreshing amenity kits, seasonally curated menus by Michelin-starred chefs and a selective list of organic wines and Champagne.
