Korean Air Launches Prestige Class, Begins Boeing 787-10 Operations

Korean Air received its first Boeing 787-10 Dreamliner, which launched its inaugural flight July 25 from Seoul Incheon to Tokyo Narita. These next-generation, eco-friendly 787-10 aircraft feature the latest state-of-the-art technology, superior fuel efficiency, reduced carbon emissions and more. It is on this new aircraft that Korean Air debuts Prestige Suites 2.0, a newer version of its Prestige Suites.

These suites are designed to offer passengers a luxurious experience. Crafted to showcase Korea’s cultural beauty, stand-out features prioritize passenger privacy. Each seat functions as a virtually independent space with seats fully reclining to a flat 180 degrees.

Seat lengths in Prestige Suites 2.0 have been extended to 78 inches with a seat pitch of 46 inches and a seat width of 21 inches. Personal space next to the armrest features a table for cups and small personal items, a personal storage compartment, a wireless phone charger, dual 220V/110 V outlets, and two high-speed USB-C ports.
