Luxury hotel brand Kempinski relaunches its Kempinski Discovery loyalty program, with new features and perks for members.

Kempinski Discovery promises to provide more individualization than ever before, tailoring members’ visits exactly to their liking, with offerings such as room upgrades, late check-out, early check-in, butler service, chef service and dining.

Travelers within the highest tier of membership are eligible for an invitation-only club, the Kempinski Private Concierge. In addition to private concierge service, specially picked members also receive access to exclusive experiences around the world.

However, travelers in every membership tier enjoy the Local Experience aspect of the program, which differs from destination to destination. A few of the offered activities include elephant rides, tours of a Geneva watch factory, tours of the palace of Malta and a traditional Masai warrior celebration.
