In time for the chill of winter, residents of and visitors to London will have the opportunity to dine al fresco in the warm confines of a clear-walled igloo. The Coppa Club restaurant and bar, a local institution with a location overlooking the Thames River, plans to once again offer diners the chance to eat and drink under the stars without having to worry about bundling up to brace for London’s harsh winter temperatures.

The heated bubbles accommodate up to eight diners and include dining tables, comfortable sofas, warm blankets, lighting and even speakers to set the mood for a magical dining experience.

Coppa Club also advertised the igloos last year and sold out for the entire season. To snag one of these elusive tables, the restaurant recommends signing up for its newsletter and keeping an eye on the website. The igloos can also be rented for an intimate New Year’s Eve party of six to eight people, for just less than $200 per person. The price includes a four-course dinner and a front-row seat to the fireworks at midnight.
