As 2023 kicks off, Hilton Luxury Brands shares development news for the new year, including the debut of Conrad Hotels & Resorts in Morocco, the signing of Conrad Hamburg, and the signing of the new-build Waldorf Astoria San Miguel de Allende.

In 2024, Conrad Hamburg will become the first hotel in Germany under the Conrad Hotels & Resorts brand. Housed in the historic Levantehaus building on a popular shopping boulevard, the hotel will boast 238 guestrooms and suites, nine meeting rooms, a lounge bar and restaurant, and wellness facilities.
Conrad Rabat Arzana opened mid-December 2022, as the brand’s first in Morocco. The 120-room hotel, 15 minutes from the corniche and 35 minutes from the airport, includes four food and beverage outlets, Conrad Spa, meeting and event space, and locally inspired design.

Waldorf Astoria Hotels & Resorts signed its third brand hotel in Mexico with the new-build Waldorf Astoria San Miguel de Allende, slated to open in early 2025. The property’s 120 guestrooms will join 24 Waldorf Astoria branded residences, all in the heart of the UNESCO World Heritage site’s cobblestone streets, Spanish-colonial buildings and neo-Gothic Parroquia de San Miguel Arcángel church.
