Get out your spats, beads and favorite flapper gear: The Red Phone Booth speakeasy concept  opens winter 2019 in a century-old building in Nashville. The posh, 5,200-square-foot cocktail lounge will feature a menu of classic craft cocktails with rare bourbons, whiskey selections, Scotch and a collection of Japanese whiskies. But don’t knock on the door: Guests are required to access a secret phone number from a member, concierge or a good friend. Dialing the number into a restored, authentic red London phone booth is the only way to gain entry.

What could be more fun, right? Within the exclusive club space, patrons will enjoy tasting events with flights of various spirits, while enjoying small plate nibbles and discussions led by industry leaders. Cocktails are prepared by mix masters who use only freshly squeezed juices such as blood orange, mango and cranberry, poured over hand chipped, double reverse osmosis ice and garnished with cut-to-order trims. Shelves are lined with a collection of rare liquors and mixing agents that include more than a dozen tinctures, bitters and flavoring agents.
