For more casual dining poolside, Suena Chido is a taqueria with vibrant, Mexican-inspired ambiance only available in the evenings. The menu includes classics like tacos al pastor and homemade guacamole, along with more creative takes like mushroom quesadillas with habanero mayonnaise and tuna tostadas with grilled marrow. It’s almost essential to have at least one spicy margarita here.
