Spanning a whopping 103,000 square feet, Amrit Wellness & Spa now claims the title of Florida’s largest spa. Located within newly opened Amrit Ocean Resort near West Palm Beach, this four-story spa is a sanctuary of health, wellness and relaxation situated across 300 feet of private beach on Singer Island.

Named after the Sanskrit word meaning “elixir of life,” Amrit was established on the belief true wellbeing and longevity are achieved through the integration of the five pillars of wellness: nutrition, mindfulness, fitness, relaxation and sleep. These pillars are incorporated into every aspect of the property, including the spa.
The new spa is home to Aayush, Florida’s first and only indoor/outdoor hydrothermal water therapy circuit and one of just a few luxury hammams in South Florida. The 17,000-square-foot Aayush Hydrothermal Experience offers unrivaled rituals in heat therapy, cryotherapy, halotherapy and hydrotherapy in both coed and gender-specific areas. This guided experience also features a sequence of hot and cold replenishment pools, hydro-reflexology path, Arctic chill fountain, effusion shower, salt inhalation chamber, sauna and steam rooms, and a lap pool.

The Personal Wellness Support System will also be available to guests, customizing guests’ wellness journeys before, during and after their stay.
Using a combination of Chinese, Indian and European wellness techniques and traditions, Amrit Wellness & Spa includes 25 treatment rooms (12 of which include in-room showers), two deluxe couples’ suites with private steam showers and ocean views, and a Thai massage room. All treatment rooms boast Lemi professional massage tables.

The spa also collaborated with board-certified physicians and medical practitioners to offer integrated health assessments and wellness services, including Hair Health assessments in partnership with Dr. Alan J. Bauman and Infusion Therapy in partnership with Ara Suppiah.
