Fairmont El San Juan Hotel offers guests elevated luxury with its recently renovated Banyan Villa Rooms. Located in Puerto Rico’s Isla Verde Beach, the property worked with designer Jeffrey Beers International on the upgrade. The 13 one-story villa rooms are named after their location near a 300-year-old banyan tree.
Banyan Villa Rooms are designed with its location in mind, taking cues from the surrounding Puerto Rican rainforest and lush gardens. The rooms feature a king bed, oversized dual-head shower and large seating area. Furniture utilizes dark walnut materials, mimicking the banyan trees. Rooms boast soft green and floral accents throughout. Take advantage of the private terrace, with direct access to the resort’s Well & Being pool and gardens.
“We were inspired by the natural beauty of the property for the design of the Banyan Villa Rooms,” said Pierre Josselin, associate principal, Jeffrey Beers International. “A world of contrast within the space incorporating different light and dark finishes and textures brings an eclectic and more residential feel. From the ribbed paneling to the rustic metal details, guests will feel right at home in their thoughtfully designed rooms.”
The villas are currently available to book.
