Fairmont Austin debuts with 1,048 guestrooms; five restaurants and bars; the largest outdoor pool and spa in downtown Austin; and nearly 140,000 square feet of event space. The property is the brand’s largest in the United States, as well as the second-largest Fairmont hotel globally.

Standing at 37 stories, Fairmont Austin is located in the Central Business District, with direct access to the Austin Convention Center. The second-tallest building in the city, the structure is visible throughout the region thanks to its 170-foot, illuminated architectural spire.

On-site dining includes Garrison, a modern American grill house; Revue, for international cuisine; Rules & Regs, for libations and views; Fulton, offering local wines and spirits plus live music; and Good Things, for quick bites.
