NIZUC Resort & Spa and Dom Pérignon today celebrate the opening of the exclusive Dom Pérignon wine cellar at Ramona Restaurant, bringing to life sensory experiences that immerse guests in the Dom Pérignon universe with private tastings, paired dinners and events.
Chef Sylvain Desbois heads NIZUC’s Ramona Restaurant, combining classic techniques with innovative flavors and local ingredients. As part of the partnership, Chef Sylvain will design the sensory experiences alongside the wine-making team led by wine-maker Vincent Chaperon. During private tastings, guests can enjoy different expressions of Dom Pérignon, while paired lunches or dinners will couple each dish with a selection of Dom Pérignon Champagnes, including Vintage Blanc, Vintage Rosé and Plénitude 2. The events will further delve into what the Dom Pérignon brand offers. Travelers can also visit the new wine cellar.
