Newly opened in Texas at Grandscape in The Colony, WorldSprings Dallas is located about 20 minutes from the city. Boasting 46 mineral soaking pools dotted over a 9-acre setting, this wellness destination also offers serenity-seekers a selection of saunas and cold plunges. There’s also a full-service, 12-room spa with a host of treatments crafted in collaboration with Sara Gottfried, WorldSprings’ functional medicine doctor.

The design inspiration for the facility’s soaking pools includes Iceland’s Blue Lagoon, Mexico’s Grutas Tolantongo and the Dead Sea in Jordan. Guests can soak in the freshwater Globe Pool; saline-rich Dead Sea pool; and other watery spots designed to replicate the experiences to be had at Bali’s Banjar Spring, Australia’s Yarrangobilly Hot Springs, South Korea’s Osaek Springs and Italy’s Chianciano Terme. Water composition varies, with inclusions such as lithium for joint support, potassium for stress reduction, silica and magnesium for calm-inducing properties, and bicarbonate for skin health.

At the on-site Spa and Wellness Center, treatments include body therapies; facials such as the Glo2Facmia with LUX ultrasound; and a range of massages such as lymphatic, Swedish, couples and deep tissue.
