What could be better than a secret garden, other than a secret rosé garden? Beverly Wilshire, A Four Seasons Hotel delivers just that this summer. The former Rooftop Garden Lounge transformed into the Secret Rosé Garden with lots of wine, small bites and pop-up shops.
Enter the garden via an unmarked door in a pink passageway. Guests are greeted by a rose-colored wall and grassy rooftop. The space includes a vine-hidden pergola, marble tables and bistro chairs, a life-sized bird cage and pink bathtub — perfect for showing off on social media. The pop-up shops will include items from RX Candles, We Are on Wheels, Lisandra Vazquez Photography, Sybil J Clothing and Wilma and Ethal.
Enjoy your rosé a number of ways, from sparkling or still to frozen or in a cocktail. If you purchase a glass of Colton Underwood’s Legacy 65 Roses rosé wine, a portion of the proceeds go to The Legacy Foundation. Accompanying drinks is a menu of complementing bites, with seafood, salads, cheese boards and desserts.
“We are excited to bring back this popular pop-up,” said Peter Humig, regional vice president and general manager, Beverly Wilshire, A Four Seasons Hotel. “What could be better than rosé and alfresco dining, right in the enviable heart of Beverly Hills!”
The Secret Rosé Garden is open Wednesday through Sunday, 3–10 p.m. through Sept. 2.
