The Dalloway Terrace at The Bloomsbury, London’s most exquisite terrace restaurant, erupts into vibrant colors as warmer weather approaches. Transforming the dining space into a garden, award-winning floral designers Early Hours filled the terrace with tulips, blossom and ranunculus.

The flower wall cascades down into the luscious border, not only bringing color but also the sweet scent of these plants into the terrace, filling the room with the sights and scents perfect for a true herbal experience. To further enhance guests’ experience, Dalloway Terrace partnered with The Botanist Gin for a signature seasonal cocktail menu. Available through June 22, these different cocktails balance botanical flavors with seasonal aromas.
Try the Dalloway Collins, a cocktail comprised of The Botanist Islay Dry Gin, earl grey syrup, lemon juice, mandarin foam and LE soda water, or the Laddy Laddie, featuring Bruichladdich Classic Laddie, Rosolio di Bergamotto and Saicho sparkling jasmine tea.

Tea enthusiasts will also enjoy the restaurant’s new Herbal Afternoon Tea. To complement the seasonal cocktails, pastry chef Chris Donn concocted a menu infusing flavors of the garden, using hand-sourced ingredients for each dish. Sweet specials accompanying the Herbal Afternoon Tea service include carrot cake with tarragon and cream cheese mousse; cherry and sage chocolate brownie; and saffron custard tart with Campari poached rhubarb and dark chocolate.
Dalloway Terrace also partnered with wild food expert Nick Weston for a new specials menu now offered at the restaurant.
