45 Park Lane recently opened CUT Terrace, a new alfresco dining experience created by Chef Elliott Grover. Featuring dishes from Wolfgang Puck’s CUT menu and drinks from BAR 45, Grove celebrates U.K. producers and flavors with each dish.

The new terrace will open daily starting at 12 p.m. for lunch and dinner. Adjacent to the restaurant, the space is easily accessible through the hotel’s main entrance and only offers 22 seats. The terrace also features a Captain’s Table, inspired by the glamorous Mid-Century design of a Riva yacht that can accommodate up to six guests.

Elliott Grover, newly appointed executive chef of 45 Park Lane, curated a number of new, lighter dishes for the menu, perfect for summer. Highlights from the new menu include chilled sweetcorn soup, carnaroli risotto primavera, grilled jumbo Australian tiger prawns, tempura onion rings and spaghetti pasta made in house with native blue lobster.

Although CUT is traditionally known for serving the best steak in London and for showcasing a contemporary twist on traditional American cuisine, Chef Elliott highlights locally sourced ingredients in the United Kingdom, while maintaining a close relationship with the suppliers and producers from CUT. One of his main inspirations while cooking comes from his upbringing in Cornwall, in which he places emphasis on sustainably sourced fish from his hometown.
