Cathay Pacific offers an authentic Chinese dining experience at 38,000 feet. The airline has teamed with The Langham, Hong Kong to develop an in-flight menu inspired by dishes served by T’ang Court, the hotel’s Michelin-starred Chinese restaurant.
Through the end of October, the new menu is available to passengers flying first-, business- and premium economy-class on most Cathay Pacific flights departing Hong Kong. The new menu features an assortment of 16 dishes designed by Chef Kwong Wai-keung, executive chef, Chinese, The Langham, Hong Kong.
“We strive to provide the best inflight products and services to our passengers, and the food we serve on our aircraft is an important element of our service offering,” said James Ginns, general manager in-flight services, Cathay Pacific. “We know that our passengers like to see a variety of food options and enjoy trying exciting new dishes from time to time.”
