Six dynamic dining concepts will grace the property: Suchi Nipona & Sinaloa Cuisine blends Japanese and Sinaloan flavors into a refined dining experience showcasing premium Pacific Coast fish and crafted sushi rolls paired with locally produced Mexican sake; Aquiles, which serves seasonal comfort cuisine crafted from local produce; Akamba offers a curated selection of national drinks like mezcal, tequila and raicillas, alongside insights available from an expert Mexican Spirits Master concierge who can craft cocktails tailored to guests’ wishes”; Matcha Saloon by La Macaria, a place where a Japanese tea room meets French and Mexican pastries; The Mirror Speakeasy; and Holden Rooftop, which offers panoramic views with flame-grilled fare.

Art from both local and international artists will be displayed throughout the property, including a dynamic mural by renowned visual artist James Bullough, whose work has been featured in venues like Berlin’s Urban National Museum, Goldshteyn Saatort Gallery in Paris and SCOPE Art Show in Miami. Each guestroom also features photography from Santiago Arau, while hallways are adorned with works by Carolina Barrios.
