An award-winning luxury tequila brand co-founded by Eva Longoria recently announced the launch of its first-ever tasting room at Susurros del Corazón, Auberge Resorts Collection in Punta De Mita, Mexico. The new tasting room combines food from Mexico’s rich culture with Casa Del Sol Tequila for a unique experience.
The tasting experience, aptly named House of the Sun, will host several interactive journeys from guests and locals to explore tequila in new ways. On the sensory journey and tasting tour, guests learn how various sensorial notes are highlighted across the expressions. Guests also enjoy accompanying paired apapachos custom curated by chef Tonatiuh Cuevas. The mixology class allows guests to step into the role of a modern-day alchemist, in which they learn about the art of the curated cocktail and how to utilize tools and ingredients to make the ultimate Casa Del Sol cocktail. During the tequila and tacos session, guests enjoy a modern twist on both food and drink and learn how flavors contrast and complement each other.
