For those of you who couldn’t attend our annual GT Tested Awards gala at The Peninsula Beverly Hills, we bring the party to you in the form of a 14-page photo recap showcasing award winners, as voted by you, our esteemed readers, alongside myriad candid and casual shots.
Photographers Christopher P. Ottaunick and Joseph Romana worked the room, catching in-the-moment photos sure to reel you into the celebratory vibe. As master of ceremonies, actor, comedian and television host Michael Yo brought such high-energy enthusiasm to the festivities that several award winners spontaneously invited him on the spot to fly their airline, stay in their hotel or visit their destination, earning him a place among our most popular guest hosts ever.
Following longstanding tradition, the celebration also served as the kick-off for Global Traveler’s annual silent auction to benefit The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.
