Boca Raton Resort & Club debuted two new dining experiences created by lifestyle impresario Colin Cowie, following the resort’s $150 million renovation. Cowie and his Thrive Hospitality team hand-selected every piece of furniture, décor and art by Gino Miles, Jane Manus and Tigran Tsitoghdzyan.
The Lounge at the Boca Beach Club boasts an ocean-chic vibe and features curated playlists ranging from Brazilian Bossa Nova to retro classics throughout the day. The food transitions as the day progresses as well, from barista-made lattes and breakfast to light lunches to a candle-lit lounge and terrace serving Mediterranean-inspired mezze plates and sushi at night. Cowie’s travels in Sardinia, Sicily and the Greek Islands inspired the wine and cocktail list. There is also a diverse sake offering.
Marisol, steps from the beach, found inspiration from iconic beach clubs along the Mediterranean. Enjoy breakfast al fresco, a lively lunch or a romantic meal at Marisol, which also embraces the la dolce vita philosophy. Fresh seafood abounds on the menu, as well as dishes that capture the simplicity and freshness of the foods found throughout the Mediterranean. A collection of Cowie’s favorite rosé wines complements the cuisine.
“The New Golden Era at the Boca Resort begins with Colin’s vision for the Boca Beach Club,” said Christophe Baraton, general manager, Boca Beach Club. “These two new dining offerings will set the stage for what’s to come in the next year. Marisol and the new lounge are adding flair and style to the property, and we’re looking forward to seeing it come to life in time for the holiday season.”
