Blue Diamond Resorts recently completed an extensive Butler Certification Program, setting a new standard for luxury and personalized service. A Head Master certified by the Hospitality and Butler organization, a representative of the British Butler Institute, conducted the program and certification, which is designed to enhance the skills and expertise of the butlers at the brand’s family-friendly and adults-only resorts in Mexico, Costa Rica, Jamaica, the Dominican Republic, Antigua, Saint Lucia and Grenada.
