A couple weeks ago my family, some friends and I went to the Yardley Beer & Wine Festival. My parents bought the tickets for me and my brother’s birthdays. It was a beautiful day, a little hot, but perfect for some outdoor activities.
I am not a beer drinker, but I was excited to go and see what kind of wine they had. To my surprise, there were plenty of different hard seltzers and even my favorite cider brand!
Each person who attended the event got a miniature pint glass, a small wine glass and a t-shirt. There were more than 20 different beverage booths serving everything from beer to hard kombucha. The space was small but perfect for the event.
Some of the most popular tents were Cape May Brewing Company, White Claw, Two Robbers Seltzers, Downeast Cider and some local breweries including Vault Brewing Company, Evil Genius, Neshaminy Creek and more.
The event ran 12–4 p.m. so there were plenty of different food trucks if anyone got hungry. Between our group, we shared some soft pretzels, pizza, chicken fingers and fries.
We had a great day and I can’t wait to go back, and I highly recommend it to anyone local!
