As we navigate through and process our feelings regarding the series of events that unfolded across the country over the past 10 days, many of us find ourselves conflicted between plugging away and staying informed.

We’re still dealing with a pandemic, so please protect yourselves and others and continue to practice social distancing. As you show up for others, make sure you show up for yourself; schedule a virtual paint and sip, have a little TLC moment, make your favorite meal or have a five-minute dance party.
