After seeing many social media photo challenges over the years, I finally saw a photo challenge that I thoroughly enjoyed: the 10-day travel photo challenge.
I love seeing the places my friends have visited. It’s interesting to see how many places I have also visited and mentally comparing their pictures to my memories of being there. Of course, it is also fun seeing them in places I have never visited. Some are places I have no interest in seeing, but I find many more to add to my long-term travel bucket list.
I love the 10-day travel photo challenge, but I wish people would bend the rules and list the location. While some places are easily recognizable, some aren’t. I can’t be the only person who doesn’t recognize some of the locations. I suppose I can ask via the comments, but a few simple words with the picture wouldn’t go against the spirit of the post.
I would also rather see all 10 in one post. That way I can see all at once and not risk missing or forgetting about someone’s travel pictures. I’d adjust the name to the one-day, 10 travel photo challenge.
I am taking my advice and posting my pictures with locations listed here. If you would like to follow my lead, post your 10 travel pictures and be sure to tag Global Traveler. I look forward to seeing where you’ve been.
