This past Saturday, I went to Peddler’s Village with my family for dinner and to walk around. It was a perfect day. When we got there, we put our name in for a table at Buttonwood Grill. The wait was about 30 minutes, as expected, so we walked around to pass time.
We stopped at Free Will Brewing Taproom to get a drink. My dad and I got the Vienna Lager, which we both enjoyed, and my mom got the mango wheat ale, which she enjoyed. This place lets you take your drinks to go, so you can walk around while enjoying your drink.
Shortly after, we got a text saying our table was almost ready, so we walked back to the restaurant. We were seated outside. It was nice and peaceful.
I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with fries for dinner. It was good. My dad got the same, and my mom and sister both got the salmon burger, which they enjoyed.
After dinner, we walked around again. I got another lager from the same place as before. We then went into Tempus Cards & Gifts, owned by one of my mom’s former students and her dad. They sell lots of fun, unique items. I got a Jenga set drinking game; each piece has a rule on the bottom.
