I recently returned from a destination bachelorette party in Nashville, Tennessee. I visited Music City several years ago with my husband, though it’s a completely different experience traveling there for a bachelorette party. The bride is my husband’s cousin. She wanted a classic Nashville bachelorette experience — her matron of honor truly delivered!
We stayed in downtown Nashville, central to all dining and activities. Most of the group arrived Thursday night; my sister-in-law and I arrived Friday morning. We dropped our bags and met the group at Paddywax for a candle-making class. We all enjoyed customizing a vessel and scent to bring home. Later that evening we went to White Limozeen at Graduate Nashville. Unfortunately, it was a rainy evening and we weren’t able to enjoy the outdoor portion of the rooftop bar and restaurant. We had plenty of fun indoors, with appetizers and cocktails in a private room followed by dinner in the all-pink dining room.
Our second day began with rooftop brunch at The Hampton Social. We indulged in drinks and took in the beautiful views while waiting for our entrées. Our next stop of the day was a murals and mimosas tour. Our guide drove us to several of the city’s most popular murals where the bride took Instagram-worthy photos. After the tour we explored the famed music destination street, Broadway, stopping at Honky Tonk Central for drinks and dancing. We ended the night with a family-style dinner at Church and Union and more music at the popular Tootsies Orchid Lounge.
After my first bachelorette experience in Nashville, I can see why the city remains a popular destination for brides!
