Last week publisher Francis X. Gallagher and director of sales Bill Lodzinski joined me in Los Angeles for a few days of meetings and learning about our partners’ 2020 initiatives. I personally enjoy when our team comes to Los Angeles; it’s fun to try new restaurants around the city I typically don’t get out to and share a little bit of my hometown with the team.
As the warm weather cooled a bit last week, I opted to meet our clients Taiwan Tourism Bureau at the Garden Rooftop restaurant at The Peninsula Beverly Hills. Sitting in front of the gorgeous lounge and pool area covered with umbrellas, it’s a great lunch spot and even fun for people-watching. I was able to snap a photo of all of us as we presented the 2019 Trazees award for Best Adventure Destination.
Overall, it was a great trip, and I look forward to my next fall meetings in New York, Mexico City, Seoul and Singapore!
