Over the past weekend, an old friend came back into town to visit. We did not have any plans, and we were not trying to make the drive into Philadelphia, so we decided to take a walk around New Hope and make our own entertainment.
We stopped at the newly renovated mall/food court, and I got some of the best empanadas I have ever tasted. They also had a very interesting tater tot-specific shop which I had to try as well. We then went and stopped at a local café that had some live music playing, and we stopped to listen to that for a while.
After the music was over, we decided to walk up to the Triumph Brewery and have a few beers; my friend and I are both big fans of IPAs, so we had to sample a few before taking an Uber back to my house.
Overall, it was a good time with good friends, and that is all we can really ask for at the end of the day.
