On a New Year’s Eve cruise of the Danube in 2018, my husband and I were set to try our hand at curling before schedule conflicts meant the activity was no longer available. Now, it appears we have the opportunity much closer to home. Maybe it’s our chance to become Olympians!
M Social Times Square New York unveiled a brand-new curling rink at its rooftop bar and lounge, Beast & Butterflies. Reservations are available in 45-minute intervals for $30 per person; admission also includes a Bacardi-spiked warm apple cider cocktail for each registered guest. Reserve by emailing RSVP@msocialhotelnewyork.com. The heated, winterized curling tent is open daily, noon to 10 p.m.
