Ambassador Cruise’s recent unveiling of its newest cruise ship, Ambassador Day Cruise II, marking a new age in cruising on Halong Bay, Vietnam. The new 500-ton, five-floor steel ship is now the largest and most luxurious ship to ever venture on Halong Bay’s waters. Additionally, Ambassador Cruise is the only Halong Bay cruise line to feature an elevator system for guests with disabilities and the elderly.
Catering up to 500 passengers at a time, this new ship boasts several restaurants and bars, as well as an outdoor Jacuzzi and unique glass bridge. Itineraries aboard the new ship include exploring Sung Sot Cave, enjoying a delicious lunch while cruising through a passage by Ho Dong Tien Cave, Trong Cave, Me Cung Cave and Cua Van Floating Village.
Guests enjoy afternoon tea on the vessel’s sundeck before returning to Halong International Cruise Port that evening. A round-trip shuttle bus connects Hanoi with Halong Bay. This day cruise starts at $112 per person and includes the day cruise itinerary and program, round-trip shuttle bus transfer to and from Hanoi, one luxury buffet lunch, sightseeing fees and afternoon tea on the sundeck. Visit here or call 84 1900 3045 to book.

Oct 15, 2024Immerse in Retro Style and Aviation History at TWA Hotel
Stepping into the lobby at TWA Hotel transports travelers in a whole different way. While most people plan vacations to travel to another destination, this particular hub instead takes you back in time to the golden era of aviation. The award-winning space resides in the expertly designed and restored former Trans World Airlines Flight Center, originally constructed by Eero Saarinen in 1962. Two added wings house more than 500 guestrooms overlooking the runways at the airport. But unlike many other airport hotels that get a bad rap, these rooms are insulated from the noise and activity surrounding the airport.
